The Challenge:

Xeela had over six months of unreleased fitness transformation footage and no video strategy. They were preparing to launch their protein and pre-workout products,but had no channel or format that introduced their brand in a meaningful way.

Our Solution:

We directed and filmed two additional months of story-driven content, then edited a 12-minute flagship documentary that introduced the Xeela brand through emotional transformation stories. We built a strong visual identity, structured the narrative like a film, and optimized the upload for maximum organic reach.

The Results:

• Entire product inventory sold out

• Channel monetized within weeks

• Format adopted as Xeela’s ongoing series structure
